You will manage the end-to-end onboarding and compliance of contractors in regulated industries, ensuring records meet regulatory and client requirements while coordinating with Sales, Agency Pay, Contractors and Clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new contractors.
• Ensure contractor records meet regulatory, legislative and client-specific compliance requirements.
• Process contract changes, extensions and amendments.
• Support ongoing contractor compliance through renewals and status updates.
• Conduct client audits and identify compliance gaps and improvements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor onboarding activity and prioritise workload across the team.
• Improve processes to drive efficiency and contractor experience.
