Job summary

Gattaca plc is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance, Risk & Assurance to lead the Compliance function, govern controls, and support growth while meeting regulatory obligations. You will coordinate contractor compliance, health and safety, insurance management and assurance across the Group.

You will work with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Technology, People and Operations to balance risk management with commercial outcomes and drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading compliance, regulatory or risk-focused teams.
• Strong understanding of compliance within recruitment, workforce solutions or similar environments.
• Track record in audits and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Compliance team and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Maintain governance, controls and reporting for compliance activities.
• Oversee risk assurance framework and risk registers across the Group.
