Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment operations, contractor onboarding, compliance, payroll or recruitment administration would be advantageous.
• Experience with umbrella companies, timesheets or contractor payroll is a plus.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially curious with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor onboarding, contracts, compliance and pre-employment checks.
• Own timesheets, approvals, POs and finance administration, ensuring processes are efficient and accurate.
• Act as a key point of contact for contractors, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Manage extensions, changes and upcoming end dates, identifying opportunities to redeploy contractors.
• Review processes and implement practical, effective improvements.
• Think creatively to streamline workflows and leverage systems and tools.
• Build market intelligence to support growth of contract and interim business.
• Keep contractor records audit-ready and accurate.
• Collaborate with recruitment and finance to improve collaboration and processes.
