Pay Rate: Paid at the applicable sitate for the site being covered

Overview
A new andexciting position has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced andflexible Security Officer to join our established team as a ContractedMulti-Site Security Officer.
This roleis suited to someone who is reliable, adaptable and confident working acrossdifferent client sites. You will be required to provide a professional securityservice, deliver excellent customer service, complete site duties in line withAssignment Instructions and remain vigilant at all times.
As aMulti-Site Security Officer, you will support a range of CEVA and GSF sitesacross the Midlands and surrounding areas. Sites will be allocated to you basedon the operational needs of the business. Where possible, shifts will beallocated to the nearest suitable site first; however, this may change wherepriority sites require urgent support.
You must beflexible and able to adapt quickly to each site’s individual requirements. Thisrole will include planned cover, holiday cover, sickness cover, short-noticecover and general site support across multiple assignments.
A validfrontline SIA licence, full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleare essential for this role.
Site Locations Covered
This roleinvolves providing security support across a number of CEVA and GSF siteswithin the Midlands and surrounding areas. Sites may include, but are notlimited to, the locations listed below, and the successful candidate must beprepared to travel as required to support operational needs:
The rolewill involve supporting the security teams across the above locations,including planned cover, holiday and sickness absence cover, short-notice cover,and general security support where required.
Site Allocation
Sites willbe allocated based on the needs of the business and the operationalrequirements of each site. Where possible, officers will be allocated to thenearest suitable site first.
However,due to the nature of this Contracted Multi-Site Security Officer role,allocations may change at short notice. This may include being moved from onesite to another to support sickness, absence, holiday cover, staff shortages orurgent operational requirements.
Priority Site Requirement
As part ofthis contracted Multi-Site Security Officer role, there are three prioritysites that take operational precedence over all other locations:
Due to theoperational importance of these sites, you may be reallocated at short noticeto support urgent cover requirements, including last-minute sickness, absence,staff shortages or other operational needs.
This mayinclude being moved from another allocated site, even if you have alreadyarrived at that site or commenced duties. Where a priority site requiresimmediate support, you will be required to transfer to that site as instructedby the operational management team.
Flexibilityand willingness to support these priority locations is an essential andcontracted requirement of this role. Priority sites will take precedence overall other site allocations where urgent cover is required.
