Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Delivery and Construction roles across the North, partnering with hiring managers and external agencies to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll lead high-volume recruitment, run assessment centres in the Manchester area, and build proactive talent pipelines while championing diversity and inclusion and providing market

Qualifications

• Proven high volume recruitment experience, managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles.
• Experience working in the construction and industrial industries is essential.
• Strong direct sourcing skills with success finding passive and active candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities; build trust and influence at all levels.
• Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes.
• Use direct sourcing across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates.
• Run high volume assessment centres in the Manchester area.
• Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions.
• Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair, unbiased candidate evaluation.
• Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring effectiveness.
• Represent Bauer at recruiting events, career fairs, and workshops supporting DEI and Social Value initiatives.
• Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required.
