Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term contract of 6 months starting in November. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for Delivery and Construction roles, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the North.

This hands-on role requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Hybrid working and travel to offices/events form part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycles from posting to onboarding.
• Direct sourcing across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media.
• Run high volume assessment centres in the Manchester area.
• Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBP and agencies.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking.
• Champion diversity and inclusive sourcing.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on effectiveness.
• Represent Bauer at events and workshops for DEI initiatives.
• Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required.

Our dedicated team of more than 650 people work in 14 locations nationwide work to create and post stunning advertising, as well as cleaning and maintaining street furniture, making the urban environment better for local communities.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, to make a real impact on how we attract and hire talent. This role is for a fixed term contract of 6 months starting in November.

You'll own end-to-end recruitment of Delivery and Construction roles, working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in our hiring teams across the North. This is a hands-on role where your sourcing expertise, stakeholder relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences will directly shape our success.

What you'll do:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes
• Use your direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates
• Run high volume assessment centres in the Manchester area
• Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor
• Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions
• Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair, unbiased candidate evaluation
• Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring effectiveness
• Represent Bauer at recruiting events, career fairs, and workshops supporting our DEI and Social Value initiatives
• Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required

What we're looking for…

• Proven high volume recruitment experience, managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience working in the construction and industrial industries is essential
• Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated success finding both passive and active candidates
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities—you build trust easily and influence at all levels
• Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
