Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed-term contract of 6 months, starting in November. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Delivery and Construction roles in the North, sourcing actively and running assessment centres in the Manchester area.

You'll partner with hiring managers and HR to shape hiring decisions, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and promote diversity and inclusion across all hiring activity.

Qualifications

• Proven high-volume recruitment experience across multiple roles.
• Experience in construction and industrial sectors is essential.
• Strong direct sourcing skills with success finding passive and active candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across levels.
• Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent organisation and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through offer and onboarding.
• Direct sourcing across LinkedIn, talent pools and job boards to find candidates.
• Run high-volume assessment centres in the Manchester area.
• Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and external agencies.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking.
• Champion diversity and inclusive sourcing strategies.
