Catalyst Partners is partnering with a leading construction and project consultancy to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant into their growing team. The role focuses on direct sourcing, talent mapping and building strong pipelines across the UK and Europe.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to broader talent initiatives within a fast-paced, in-house environment.

Competenze

• In-house Talent Acquisition experience is essential, ideally within construction/engineering/property consultancy or a related built environment sector.
