You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead a small TA team, and drive analytics, process improvements, and technology enhancements to strengthen hiring across a fast-paced, project-led business.

Formación

• In-house Talent Acquisition leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor TA teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.
• Track record of improving recruitment processes and metrics.
• Experience using data analytics to drive hiring decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Talent Acquisition across the UK and Europe.
• Manage and develop a small TA team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
• Drive workforce planning and talent pipelining.
• Develop recruitment reporting, analytics and insights.
• Review and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support recruitment technology and ATS improvement initiatives.
• Influence stakeholders to ensure effective hiring decisions.
• Use market intelligence to support business planning and recruitment strategy.
• Promote governance and best practices across the recruitment lifecycle.
