Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month fixed-term contract. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Delivery and Construction roles across the North, advising hiring managers and shaping candidate experiences.

In this hybrid role based near Manchester, you will source actively, run assessment centres, build pipelines, and partner with external agencies to deliver results with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Proven high volume recruitment experience across multiple roles.
• Experience in construction/industrial sectors is essential.
• Strong direct sourcing skills with success in passive/active candidates.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication—builds trust across levels.
• Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through offer and onboarding.
• Utilise direct sourcing across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social channels.
• Run high volume assessment centres in the Manchester area.
• Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs and agencies as a trusted advisor.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking.
• Champion diversity and inclusive sourcing strategies.
• Track recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimise processes.
• Represent Bauer at events, career fairs and DEI initiatives.
• Travel to BMG offices/depot and events as required.
