Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Lytham, Lancashire is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a commercial construction project. This is a 4-5 week contract on site, with an early October completion target, and a 07:30–16:30 working window.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strict health and safety standards, and the ability to coordinate remaining subcontractors such as cladding, groundworks, electricals and landscaping to finish on programme.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Card holder.
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record of maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail during finishing and snagging phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations during final project stages.
• Coordinate and supervise remaining subcontractors (cladding, groundworks).
• Oversee completion of works (tarmac, landscaping, electrical, storage centre).
• Ensure works are on programme, to quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across site.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and quality checks.
• Manage snagging, finishing works and project close-out activities.
• Liaise with subcontractors and project team for smooth delivery.
