Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Construction in Manchester is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a Cat B fit-out project for a D&B contractor. The role focuses on delivering the works safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate across design team and client, track snagging and close-out, and produce site reports as the project nears completion.

Site Manager Manchester Cat B Fit-Out

Location: Manchester
Duration: 4 Weeks Remaining (16-Week Programme)
Project Value: 1m Cat B Office Fit-Out
Contractor: Design & Build Fit-Out Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a 1m Cat B fit-out project in Manchester.

The project has approximately 4 weeks remaining on a 16-week programme and requires a strong Site Manager capable of driving the project through to successful completion, managing subcontractors, quality, health & safety, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordination and management of subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Managing quality inspections, snagging and project close-out
• Liaising with the client, design team and stakeholders
• Producing site reports and maintaining project records

Support Structure

• A visiting Project Manager will attend site approximately once per week to provide additional support and oversight.
