Job summary

UK Labour Supply Ltd is recruiting an experienced Finishing Site Manager to take a 29-apartment residential development through to completion, with a neighbouring car park.

The role focuses on 2nd fix, utilities, quality, and handover, managing trades to drive the programme and ensure handover readiness on site in Cleveley (FY5). Immediate start for a 3-month contract with a 10-hour day on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential schemes.
• Strong track record of coordinating trades through finishing phase.
• Valid CSCS card (Black ideally).
• First Aid at Work (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence 2nd fix trades and utility connections across all 29 units
• Coordinate subcontractors and labour to keep work flowing and hit programme
• Run the site day to day, including H&S, inductions, RAMS and site records
• Carry out quality checks, snagging and handover preparation
• Report progress to the client

UK Labour Supply Ltd is recruiting an experienced Finishing Site Manager to take a 29-apartment residential development through to completion. The scheme also includes a neighbouring car park.

The project

The structural works are complete, and the project is now in the finishing phase. Work has progressed from the top floor down, so floors 3, 2 and 1 are the most advanced. Several trades are already on site.

The role

You’ll take control of all 2nd fix and utilities. That means planning, sequencing and coordinating trades so work moves through the building in a structured, floor-by-floor way. You’ll be responsible for driving programme, maintaining quality and getting the apartments over the line to handover.
