Bimplus is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the fit-out phase of a £28 million private residence in Windermere, Cumbria. This freelance role demands a professional with a proven track record in high-end residential finishes and strict quality standards.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure safety and programme adherence, and coordinate multiple trades to deliver a premium final finish for a discerning client.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential, luxury fit-out, or premium residential projects.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out, finishes, MEP coordination, and commissioning processes.
• Valid SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme delivery.
• Strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, and health & safety.

This is a high-profile luxury residential project requiring a professional with a proven track record of delivering premium fit-out and finishing packages to the highest standards. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to an exceptional quality finish.
