Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager (Industrial Roofing - Over clad) for a 14-week assignment in Brighton. You will oversee roofing works, coordinate subcontractors and liaise with the client to keep the project on track and compliant with health and safety standards.

The start date is 07/09/2026, daily rate £250, and you will require SMSTS, FAW and CSCS, along with IT literacy and strong communication skills to manage site activities and inductions.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, FAW and CSCS are required.
• Experience overseeing roofing projects is a plus.
• Strong H&S knowledge.

One of our established clients are currently looking for a site manager to oversee a 14 weeks roofing project on an industrial unit in Brighton.

The job includes: Liaison for client, roofing works (OVER CLAD), reporting and H&S.

The right person will also have a good understanding of H&S, overseeing tradesmen, customer relations, ensuring the project is on track for completion.
