Job summary

Sureserve is looking for a contracts administrator and scheduler to join our Liverpool team. You’ll coordinate engineering appointments, support planned and reactive works, and help maintain our high service standards for clients.

The role focuses on scheduling, tracking progress, managing changing priorities, updating records, and delivering excellent customer service to residents and engineers. 40 hours/week, on-site, 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, scheduling or customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate engineering activities and appointments.
