Job summary

Sureserve is recruiting for a permanent, full-time scheduling/contract administration role in Liverpool. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, on-site. Salary is £27,976 per annum with benefits and a clear focus on coordinating renewables works and maintaining high service standards.

You will work closely with customers and engineering teams to schedule, track, and complete works, while delivering excellent service and handling enquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, scheduling or similar administrative roles.
• Confident communicator with ability to engage with customers, residents, engineers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate engineering activities and appointments.
• Manage changing priorities and track job progress.
• Confirm availability and completion dates with engineers and update schedules as requirements change.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure work is completed within timescales.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly, communicating with customers throughout their journey.
