Genetec in Greater London is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Admin to cover a 12-month maternity leave. You will monitor customer accounts in the CRM, update quotes, and support the sales team with documents and inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar role, fluent French and English, excellent customer service, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Dynamics CRM and MS Office is required, with a willingness to learn new tools.

Qualifications

• College diploma in office technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Adept at multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and data systems.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish an asset.
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM/Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Monitor customer accounts in CRM and ensure data quality.
• Update and track exception discounts on quotes.
• Create and maintain customer lists and sales documents.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding accounts.
• Provide administrative assistance to sales executives and management.
• Participate in the annual review of the channel partner program.
• Support and collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service and ITS.
• Work on special projects as needed.
