Job summary

Genetec in Greater London is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Admin to cover a 12-month maternity leave. You will monitor customer accounts in the CRM, update quotes, and support the sales team with documents and inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar role, fluent French and English, excellent customer service, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Dynamics CRM and MS Office is required, with a willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

Your day at a glance:

• Monitor customer accounts using the client relationship management (CRM):
  • Ensure the quality of all customer information
  • Regular updates to various sections of the CRM
• Update and track exception discounts on quotes following the non-standard pricing process
• Create and maintain customer lists & other various sales documents
• Answer various customer inquiries regarding their accounts
• Provide administrative assistance to sales executives and sales management team members as required
• Participate in the annual review of our channel partner program
• Support and collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service and ITS departments
• Work on special projects, depending on sales team needs

More about you:

• College diploma in office technology or related field or any combination/experience relevant education
• Three (3) to five (5) years’ of relevant experience in a similar position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Adept at multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new tools and data systems
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, proactive and team spirit
• Fluent in French and English (Spanish an asset), both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Your technical expertise:

• Working knowledge of a client relationship management application (MS Dynamics CRM/Sales Force)
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of accounting software (MS Dynamics GP/F&O), an asset
• Knowledge of business analytics solution (PowerBI), an asset
• Experience working in a technology company
