Whitestone Resourcing Limited is recruiting for a Contract Manager in Facilities Management, based onsite in Reading. The role delivers FM services within a healthcare environment, acting as the primary client interface and driving service excellence across contract teams.

You will lead an onsite team, manage client relationships, ensure safety and contractual compliance, and implement continuous improvements to optimise performance and patient-facing facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a FM leadership role such as Key Account Manager, Account Director or Contracts Manager.
• Strong estates, engineering or technical facilities management background.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment.

Contract Manager - Facilities Management

A leading provider of facilities management services is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee the delivery of FM services within a healthcare environment. This is a high-profile, client-facing role requiring strong operational leadership, stakeholder management expertise, and a solid technical understanding of estates and facilities services.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a key healthcare contract, ensuring services are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standards. Acting as the primary interface between client stakeholders and operational teams, you will drive service excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
