Our client is seeking an accomplished Contract/Account Director to lead the delivery, commercial performance and strategic development of a retail/hospitailty account worth circa £10m across 50 plus locations nationwide.
This is far more than an operational leadership role. You'll be responsible for shaping long-term client strategy, strengthening executive relationships, driving service innovation and identifying opportunities for sustainable contract growth.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you'll play a key role in influencing business performance while working alongside senior leadership to support continued expansion across the division.

As Contract Director, you will have full accountability for the operational, commercial and financial success of one of the company's key Facilities Management contracts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the strategic delivery of a £10m+ integrated Facilities Management contract across more than 50 retail/hospitality locations. Managing full P&L responsibility while ensuring commercial performance and contract profitability. Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the executive point of contact. Delivering exceptional soft FM services through a nationally dispersed operational team. Driving contract retention, customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development. Identifying opportunities for organic growth, service expansion and continuous improvement. Championing operational excellence, sustainability initiatives and innovation across the portfolio. Coaching and developing senior operational leaders to build a high-performing, engaged team.
We're interested in speaking with experienced senior FM leaders who have successfully managed multi-site Facilities Management contracts within retail/hospitality or similarly complex environments with a bias on soft services.
You’ll ideally bring:
Experience as a National Account Director, Account Director, Regional Director or Senior Operations Director within Facilities Management. Demonstrable success in contract retention, organic growth and strategic account development. Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior client executives. The ability to inspire, develop and lead geographically dispersed operational teams. A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to delivering operational excellence.
