Job summary

Serco is seeking a Contract Manager for Mountsorrel Depot to lead the delivery of waste, recycling and street cleansing services across Charnwood. This role focuses on operational performance, people leadership and financial accountability to ensure safe, efficient and community-focused service delivery.

You will drive continuous improvement, engage with local stakeholders, and lead large teams to deliver high standards while maintaining safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large operational teams within a contract management environment.
• Strong financial management skills, budgets and commercial targets.
• Proven ability to build productive customer and stakeholder relationships and inspire trust.
• Experience leading change and transformational programmes.
• A management qualification, degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Commitment to inclusion and developing people in the workplace.

Responsibilities
