Job summary

Serco Group plc in Environmental Services seeks a Contract Manager to lead waste, recycling and street cleansing services across Charnwood. You’ll own operational performance, people leadership and financial accountability to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality community services.

You will build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large operational teams in complex service delivery.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the environmental services contract, ensuring safety and efficiency.
