Serco is seeking a Contract Manager for Mountsorrel Depot to lead the delivery of waste, recycling and street cleansing services across Charnwood. As a Contract Manager in our Environmental Services team, you’ll lead the delivery of essential waste, recycling and street cleansing services across Charnwood. You'll be responsible for operational performance, people leadership, financial accountability and continuous improvement, helping to ensure vital community services are delivered safely, efficiently and effectively.

A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be completed so we can ensure you have the necessary support to perform your duties.
