Overview

Location: Truro - covering sites in North Devon & Cornwall | Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Package + Additional Leave | Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are working with a privately owned residential new build contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple new build and small commercial projects across North Devon & Cornwall
• Manage project budgets, construction programmes, and resource planning
• Lead and support site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and partners with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Report regularly to senior management on project progress, costs, and performance

About You

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within residential new build (commercial experience desirable)
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills with a professional approach
• Ability to oversee multiple sites simultaneously
• Knowledge of current construction regulations and standards
• Full UK driving licence
