Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a short-term contract in Reigate to help manage a peak period with a focus on authentication, permissions and access management.

The role is Inside IR35 PAYE, paying £200-£230 per day, and requires on-site work five days a week in Reigate. The contract duration is 2 to 3 months, with a strong emphasis on customer service and accurate ticket handling.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in 1st - 2nd Line IT Support roles.
• Strong authentication, permissions and access management skills.
• Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting expertise.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune and user management.
• Excellent customer service, documentation and ticket management skills.
• ITSM Tools (ServiceNow) beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1st-2nd line IT support for a busy user base.
• Assist with authentication, permissions and access management tasks.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and troubleshoot related issues.
• Manage user accounts in Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune.
• Document incidents and maintain ticket records.
• Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure service continuity.
