Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting a Customer Support Coordinator for our client in Slough. This 3-month temporary contract is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with an ASAP start and a pay rate of £13.45 per hour.

The role requires handling escalated sales and order-related issues, coordinating with sales, logistics and finance, and delivering impeccable customer service while managing workload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience handling escalated issues related to sales orders, inquiries, and fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve complex or escalated sales and order-related issues that cannot be resolved by 1st line support, ensuring a timely and accurate response.
• Resolve delivery complaints that could affect monthly cash collection targets.
• Ensure customer returns and orders are processed accurately.
