Job summary

Our client, a housing developer based in Hackney, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for a 3-month contract. You will take calls from homeowners, provide high-quality customer service, and arrange repairs with operatives for new build properties.

Reporting to the customer service manager, you will log defects, manage the system, and work closely with fellow coordinators to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with defect management in housing or construction sectors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate repairs and booking of operatives.
• Based in Hackney head office and available for a 3-month contract.
