Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for a housing developer, based at the head office in Hackney. This is a 3-month contract requiring experience with defect management to hit the ground running.

Duties include taking calls from homeowners, coordinating repairs for new build properties, logging defects and reporting to the customer service manager, while working closely with a team of coordinators.

• Taking calls from home owners
• Providing excellent customer service and rectifying any issues
• Booking operatives in to carry out repairs in new build properties
• Managing the system
• Logging defects & closing them off once completed
• Working closely with a team of coordinators
• Reporting in the customer service manager
