Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, is recruiting a Contract & Compliance Officer to join the Finance team. The role focuses on managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing risk and governance across the business.

You will review and amend contracts, conduct internal audits, monitor UK and EU legislation, maintain records, and support GDPR/data protection initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, legal, contracts or governance roles.
• Contract management experience including reviewing and monitoring agreements.
• Experience conducting audits and reporting findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle from inception to renewal/termination.
• Review contracts for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and compliance risks.
• Maintain accurate contract records and monitor key dates.
• Monitor UK and European legislation relevant to the business.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and support regulatory activities.
• Produce compliance reports for senior management.
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and external partners.
• Develop and update internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure supplier/partner compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support GDPR and data protection initiatives.
• Document compliance activities, audits, and contracts.
• Collaborate across departments to drive best practice.
