ADS Group is seeking a Compliance and Contracts Manager to join our Legal team in Farnborough. The role focuses on embedding regulatory and contractual compliance across the Group, working with stakeholders at all levels, and strengthening governance across the organisation.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, manage contract governance, and support GDPR and data protection compliance while contributing to audits and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and embedding compliance frameworks.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain compliance governance across ADS Group and subsidiaries.
• Draft, review and negotiate supplier, customer, sponsorship and service agreements.
• Support internal and external audits and reporting to governance committees.
