Capita plc is seeking a Contract Change Specialist to shape and manage change across the Selborne contract, collaborating with the Royal Navy, delivery partners and suppliers to implement contractual changes smoothly and on time.
The role is full-time with hybrid working (2 days per week on site). It involves coordinating complex change activities and driving continuous improvement across the programme, with eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC).
As a Contract Change Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping and managing change across the Selborne contract. Working closely with The Royal Navy, delivery partners and suppliers, you'll help ensure changes are implemented smoothly, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.
This is a highly visible role where you'll build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, coordinate complex change activities and help drive continuous improvement across the programme.
This role may suit someone who is currently in a project support/coordinator role and looking to take the next step
Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week
Hybrid - 2 days a week in HMS Collingwood, HMS Sultan or HMS Excellent
Fixed term contract opportunity until Sept 2027
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC level).
