Contract Administrator

Salary: £17,500 - £19,000 per annum

Hours: 27.5 hours per week

Location: Kent, TN9 1TB

About the Role

As a Contract Administrator at FCC Environment, you will provide efficient clerical and administrative support to a designated team. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting team operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a part-time position, working five days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data extraction, photocopying, filing, typing, and other clerical tasks
  • Manage and respond to daily emails
  • Maintain accurate and timely records
  • Assist with stock ordering and maintenance
  • Support report collation
  • Ensure filing systems comply with policies
  • Provide flexible support across departments
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Update data entry sheets and ensure accuracy

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
