Part Time HR Superstar – 20 hours per week Fixed Term Contract until September 2025 – People & Process Champion

What You’ll Be Up To
  1. HR Admin Magic – You’ll be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring contracts are sent, paperwork is perfect, and processes are seamless.
  2. Right-to-Work Guru – You’ll handle compliance checks like a pro, making sure all employees meet legal requirements.
  3. TUPE Trailblazer – Get involved in employee transitions, helping to make the process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved.
  4. Data & Reporting Extraordinaire – Love a good spreadsheet? You’ll run reports, analyse trends, and help the HR team make data-driven decisions.
  5. HR Team Sidekick – Be the go-to support for everything HR, from onboarding to employee relations and beyond.
What We’re Looking For
  1. HR experience – You’ve dabbled in HR admin before and know the basics.
  2. Eye for detail – Accuracy is your superpower.
  3. People person – You’re approachable, friendly, and great at communicating.
  4. Tech-savvy – You know your way around HR systems and Excel.

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 depending on experience
