Job summary

Heales Medical is recruiting a Contract Manager to lead the day‑to‑day management of client contracts from our Glasgow or Aberdeen base. You will coordinate administration staff, health professionals and client stakeholders to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.

You will own client relationships, drive performance against KPIs, oversee monthly billing and contribute to commercial reviews and pricing discussions. A strong background in occupational health services is desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in Contract Management or Key Account Management.
• Strong track record in managing client relationships and multi-contract portfolios.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of an assigned client contract portfolio.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key client contacts and stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and coordinate billing processes.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions and service improvements.
