Job summary

Heales Medical is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to own a portfolio of client contracts and ensure high-quality Occupational Health services. Based in Glasgow or Aberdeen, you will drive client relationships, coordinate internal teams including nurses and physicians, and monitor contract performance to meet KPIs.

You will oversee monthly billing, support contract reviews and pricing discussions, and proactively identify service improvements to retain and grow client partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in Contract Management or Key Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong experience managing multiple contracts and client relationships with clear communication.
• Experience planning, organising and facilitating client meetings and contract reviews.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day management of an assigned portfolio of client contracts.
• Lead client relationships, act as primary contact for queries and ensure service continuity.
• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and oversee monthly billing processes.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and continuity of client cover.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions and opportunities for additional services.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and drive value for clients.
