You will oversee operations, safety, compliance and performance across the site, ensuring high-quality service and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Hard FM services, ideally within healthcare.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial management, including P&L/budget.
• Experience managing contractual compliance and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Hard FM services across a large operational site.
• Take accountability for contractual, legal, health & safety and compliance.
• Manage operational and financial performance, budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team including managers responsible for projects, estates and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, contractors and partners.
• Monitor KPIs and performance data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead transformation, service improvement and change initiatives.
• Manage operational risks and complex issues, making effective strategic decisions.
• Support recruitment, performance management, training, development and employee engagement.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure robust governance, procedures and controls are maintained across the contract.
