Qualificações

• Previous experience as IT Support Engineer or Service Desk Engineer.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Active Directory and user account administration.
• Hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
• Experience using ticketing systems and working to SLAs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Support Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing systems.
• Diagnose hardware, software and network issues.
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding.
• Escalate complex issues to infrastructure and specialist teams.
• Maintain documentation and meet SLAs.
