Job summary

Convatec is seeking an Account Manager Continence Care to drive sustainable growth across the North UK/Scotland by engaging clinicians, nurses and procurement leaders. You will educate on offerings, support formulary wins, and oversee clinical evaluations under the Strategic Partnership Manager to enable pathway development across ICBs.

This field-based role includes a company car and requires about 90% face-to-face engagement, with 4 days on the road per week.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in healthcare or medical devices is required.
• Proven sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharma.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to hit objectives.
• Degree educated, ideally with scientific/healthcare background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prescribing and clinical stakeholders across acute and community care.
• Initiate and support product evaluations in hospital and community settings with Clinical Development Manager.
• Drive uptake and utilisation after formulary approval and guideline inclusion.
• Maximise opportunities by pulling through formularies, pathways and initiatives.
• Increase access to Convatec brands via formulary inclusion and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver training for safe, effective use of Convatec products.
