Job summary

Convatec is seeking an Account Manager Continence Care to deliver sustainable territory growth by engaging with clinicians and commercial stakeholders across community and acute care settings.

You will educate and train on product adoption, drive formulary wins, and build robust account plans while complying with industry regulations. This is a field-based role with a company car, 90% customer-facing duties, and North UK/Scotland territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience
• Sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharma
• Experience selling into primary and/or secondary care
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong territory planning and account management
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actions
• Commercial acumen and financial accountability
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office) and CRM experience
• English language is mother tongue or high proficiency
• Full driver's license and UK work eligibility

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical and prescribing stakeholders across acute and community care.
• Initiate and support product evaluations with hospital and community settings.
• Drive product uptake following formulary approval and local guideline inclusion.
• Maximise commercial opportunities through formulary inclusion, pathways, and initiatives.
• Increase access to Convatec brands through stakeholder engagement and guideline development.
• Deliver training on safe and effective use of Convatec products.
• Plan and execute local educational initiatives and clinical activities.
• Record customer interactions and opportunities in CRM in line with KPIs.
