Job summary

Convatec is seeking an Account Manager Continence Care to grow sustainable territory growth across community and acute care settings. You will engage with clinicians and procurement, drive product adoption, and deliver education and training for formulary implementation.

The role is field-based with a company car and ~90% time in front of customers, covering North UK/Scotland. Strong clinical and sales experience, plus the ability to work cross-functionally, are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience and background.
• Proven sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Degree educated, ideally healthcare/science background.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prescribing and clinical stakeholders.
• Initiate and support product evaluations in hospital and community settings.
• Drive product uptake after formulary approval and guidelines.
• Maximise commercial opportunities via formulary access and pathways.
• Deliver training to ensure safe, effective use of Convatec products.
• Plan local educational initiatives and clinical activities.
