Job summary

Convatec is seeking an Account Manager Continence Care to drive sustainable growth across North UK/Scotland through strong clinical and commercial engagement. You will educate, train, and support formulary implementations in both community and acute settings, with about 90% field-facing duties and a company car.

The role requires proven clinical and sales experience, robust stakeholder management, and the ability to execute account plans aligned with regional strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical background with the ability to engage clinical stakeholders.
• Proven sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharma.
• Degree educated or equivalent, ideally in science/healthcare.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prescribing and clinical stakeholders in acute and community care.
• Initiate and support product evaluations with hospital and community settings.
• Drive product uptake following formulary approval and guidelines.
• Maximise opportunities via formulary inclusion, pathways and initiatives.
• Deliver training to ensure proper use of Convatec products.
• Record activities and opportunities in CRM in line with KPIs.
