G2 Legal is assisting a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates to hire a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE). Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care.
• Ability to manage own caseload and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes, trust and estate disputes, executor and trustee disputes.
• Develop specialist expertise within contentious trusts and estates.
• Collaborate with a supportive team while progressing toward partnership.
