Qualifications

• Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care.
• Ability to manage own caseload and work autonomously for high-value disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex will and inheritance disputes, trust and estate disputes, and executor/trustee disputes.
• Advise and represent clients with independence while benefiting from mentoring and support from a collaborative team.
