Qualifications

• Contentious Probate experience at senior level.
• Ability to run a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong commercial awareness for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Run a purely Contentious Probate caseload from start to finish.
• Manage matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Take ownership of incoming enquiries and instructions.
• Help establish and shape the new specialist practice.
• Develop systems and ways of working.
• Build relationships with clients and referrers.
• Engage in marketing and business development to generate new work.
• Identify opportunities to grow the practice and revenue.
