Qualifications

• 2+ years of contentious probate experience.
• Ability to manage own caseload independently.
• Experience in wills, probate and Inheritance Act claims.
• Experience handling disputes involving wills, probate and Inheritance Act claims.
• Ambitious, commercially aware and excited about building a team.
• Skilled in mediation, negotiation and resolution-focused litigation.
• Confident advising executors, beneficiaries and trustees.
• Strong relationship-builder with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and settlement documents.
