Job summary

Realm Recruit is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor in Manchester with 5+ years' PQE to lead the establishment of a new specialist practice. The role offers an employed salary with an ownership stake and the chance to build a dedicated contentious probate unit within an expanding firm.

You will manage a contentious probate caseload independently, working from instruction through resolution, while developing relationships with IFAs and professional referrers.

Qualifications

• Qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE

Responsibilities

• Manage a purely contentious probate caseload from instruction to resolution
• Provide expert advice on inheritance and estate disputes
• Lead litigation and settlement negotiations
• Deliver excellent client service and communication
• Develop and nurture relationships with referrers and IFAs
• Support and help drive marketing and business development efforts
• Contribute to establishing and growing the new specialist practice
