Realm Recruit is partnering with a solicitor to build a new specialist Contentious Probate practice in the UK. The role offers an employed salary for financial security alongside an equity stake in the business, with an existing pipeline of Contentious Probate work from day one.

You will have autonomy to run the legal side of the business, shaping the firm as it grows, and you won’t need to arrive with a following.

Qualifications

• Contentious Probate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to build the practice.
• Willingness to develop business development activities and marketing.

Responsabilités

• Run a purely Contentious Probate caseload from start to finish.
• Manage matters independently without supervision.
• Take ownership of incoming enquiries and instructions.
• Help establish and grow the new specialist practice.
• Develop systems and ways of working for the firm.
• Build relationships with clients and referrers and professional networks.
• Develop relationships with IFAs and other professionals.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional work.
• Shape the firm's longer-term growth strategy.
