- Rare opportunity to build and shape a new specialist Contentious Probate firm
- Receive an employed salary for financial security alongside an equity stake in the business
- Existing flow of Contentious Probate work from day one, no following required
If you've ever thought about building your own practice but haven't wanted to take the financial risk of starting completely from scratch, this is a genuinely unusual opportunity.
You'll be given the autonomy to run the legal side of the business, taking ownership of an existing pipeline of Contentious Probate work while helping shape the firm as it grows.
You won't need to arrive with a following. Instead, you'll have work provided from the outset, giving you the freedom to concentrate on delivering excellent legal advice and building the practice. Longer term, you'll use your commercial skills, professional network and business development activity to create additional sources of work.
Crucially, this isn't simply an employed Partner position. You'll receive a salary for financial stability alongside a stake in the company, giving you the opportunity to benefit directly from the business you help create.
