Sotalent in the Sussex area is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee day-to-day content production logistics. You will schedule, track milestones, and resolve technical or logistical issues to ensure high-quality delivery for a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in production or coordination, experience in graphic arts/prepress, and strong skills in communication, multitasking, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in production or coordination roles.
• Experience in graphic arts or prepress is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Verifying content for precision and completeness.
• Handling physical print materials and proofs.
• Clarifying and resolving discrepancies in client-provided data.
• Organizing the workflow of incoming and outgoing production tasks.
• Setting clear priorities for team members across departments.
• Tracking project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Conducting quality checks on copy and imagery within proofs.
• Reporting changes in project scope, timing, or budget.
• Creating and distributing daily status updates.
